By outsourcing to Cox & Co. you eliminate the need to employ someone specifically to oversee your payroll and significantly reduce the overhead in time, money and resources involved with the compulsory record keeping and administration.
*YOU AVOID THE INCONVENIENCE AND COST OF COVERING PAYROLL STAFF WHILE SICK OR ON LEAVE. – If you specifically employ a staff member for your payroll, what happens if that person is out sick or on leave? What does it cost you to cover that staff member? Who’ll answer your payroll questions immediately? Cox & Co have a fully staffed office so you’ll never be faced with this problem!
*YOU DON’T NEED TO TRAIN YOUR STAFF IN USING IT PAYROLL SYSTEMS.
*YOU DON’T NEED TO BUY ANY HARDWARE, PAYROLL SOFTWARE OR STATIONERY – Payroll software licensing can be expensive and it is an on-going cost! You could find that you would spend as much just on software licensing per year as it would cost to allow Cox & Co to provide you with the complete service. And that does not include paying your payroll staff.
*YOU WON’T PAY ANY ADMINISTRATION COSTS, SET-UP OR NEW MEMBER FEES. Some bureaus will charge a set-up fee when you join them. Some charge extra for each new employee you take on. Some even charge for the administration regarding the processing of Year End. But we don’t. WE CHARGE A FLAT FEE, MONTHLY OR WEEKLY SO YOU ALWAYS KNOW WHERE YOU ARE. You’ll pay the same every week/month.
*WE KEEP ALL YOUR REPORTS AND PAYSLIPS IN AN ARCHIVE FOR YOU. Throughout the year, we will archive all your reports and previous employee payslips so if you should lose any information, we can provide you with duplicate documents. We can even provide you with all the files on a disc at the end of each payroll year. This means you won’t have to hoard files full of paper year after year…so there, we’ve saved you some office space too!
